i've suffered from many gut issues in the past. everything from IBS to acid reflux to just being bloated all the time. i don't have any health issues that i know of now and i feel great. also, my poop used to be hella rank and now it doesn't really smell bad anymore. not 100% sure, but it seems like the main change i made that turned things around was cutting down drastically on the amount of seed oils i consume.
