Amendment LXIX:
1. The right to freely and voluntarily tip others with bitcoin shall not be infringed upon.
2. Individuals shall have the freedom to zap whoever they want, as much as they want, and whenever they want.
3 The government shall not impose taxes, fees, or penalties on zaps.
4. This amendment shall not be construed to limit or infringe upon any other rights granted by the United States Constitution or its subsequent amendments.
