I think I’ve settled on this recipe for my high protein cheesecake.
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- About 1 cup of greek yogurt (I use Chobani whole milk plain)
- Couple big scoops of peanut butter
- 1 scoop milk chocolate beef protein powder (I use The Fittest Whole Feast)
- 1 box honey cinnamon graham crackers (I use Simple Mills)
- Half stick of salted butter
- Dark chocolate baking chips (I used Guittard made with coconut sugar and cacao)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Use food processor to grind up graham crackers
3. Melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds
4. Mix ground up graham crackers with melted butter in a mixing bowl
5. Put the graham crackers into a loaf pan and spread evenly to fill the bottom of the loaf pan to form the crust
6. Bake for 10 minutes
7. Mash bananas and then mix with eggs, yogurt, peanut butter, and protein powder in a mixing bowl
8. Pour slowly onto the graham cracker crust
9. Sprinkle chocolate chips on the top
10. Bake for 30 minutes
11. Take out of the oven and let it sit out for a couple hours until the pan isn’t hot anymore
12. Put in the fridge overnight
